Bro. Carmine worked in Lusaka, Zambia for 38 years and while there, primarily acted as the headmaster for the Matero Boys Secondary School. Through Bro. Carmine's guidance, Matero Boys has become one of the premier schools in Zambia growing many of the country's leaders. Using his immense experience, he now acts as one of The Fleischer Foundation's counselors, speaking to our students during mentorship sessions. In particular, Bro Carmine also advises our Christian students on matters relating to spirituality and religion.
