LEGAL COUNSEL (KENYA)

Anjarwalla & Khanna (“A&K”) began pro-bono representation of The Fleischer Foundation in 2017 for the purchase transaction of 5 acres of land in Kiserian, Kenya. A&K has continued to support the foundation with tax matters and will represent the foundation in construction and school registration in the coming years. Anjarwalla & Khanna is the founding member of the Africa Legal Network, a series of top tier law firms in 15 countries in Africa. Additionally, they are considered one of the best corporate law firms in Africa having won the ‘African Law Firm of the Year – Large Practice’ by Chambers Global for the last 3 years in a row.         

 

LOYOLA UNIVERSITY CHICAGO SCHOOL OF LAW
LEGAL COUNSEL (UNITED STATES)

Loyola University was hired by The Fleischer Foundation in 2016 to incorporate the foundation in the United States as a tax-exempt, 501(c)(3) non-profit entity. This incorporation was successfully completed, and Loyola continues to assist in any legal matters existing in the United States.

 

NETWORK FOR GOOD
Donor Management Partner

The Fleischer Foundation has partnered with Network for Good to manage our credit card processing, donor management, and fundraising appeals. They are a Certified B software company that solely supports registered charities and non-profits. Since their inception in 2001, they have processed over $2.2 billion USD for their partners.

Tax Compliance Consultants

Kody Africa LLP is a limited liability partnership that provides tax compliance, advisory requirements, out-sourced accounting services, payroll, immigration, and administration services to their select clients. Their team is compromised of all ex-senior Deloitte East Africa staff with considerable experience in both Kenya and the region. They offered their services to The Fleischer Foundation at a pro-bono rate in early 2020.

Immigration Counsel

MWC Legal is a full service law firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. They offer both company secretarial and legal services their broad range of clientele . The Fleischer Foundation hired them in late 2019 at a pro-bono rate to handle the immigration status of our foreign volunteers and employees.

 

The Moringa School
Tertiary Educational Institution

The Moringa School is a multi-disciplinary computer coding school founded in 2014. They train their students with the skills necessary to fill gaps in the African job market. This market driven approach increases their students chances of getting sustainable employment opportunities upon completion of their studies. Our partnership allows Foundation students who have an interest in computer science to enroll with Moringa School.

 

Adili Company Secretary

Adili is a leading corporate advisory firm that provides bespoke corporate secretarial, administration and outsourcing services across the East African region and beyond. The Fleischer Foundation hired Adili as the company secretary in 2020.
