MR. EDWIN ORTIZ

Mr. Edwin Ortiz serves as the Director of Campus Ministry at Regis High School in New York City. Upon receiving his bachelor's from Loyola University Maryland, he became a foreign language and theology educator at Calvert Hall College High School in Baltimore, Maryland. He immediately pursued and received his Master’s in Teaching from Notre Dame of Maryland University after graduating from Loyola. Additionally, Edwin received a certificate in Administration and Supervision from Loyola University Maryland. He has been an educator for seven years and has served as an Assistant Basketball, Football, and Swimming Coach. He is passionate about education and is focused on his service work with those experiencing injustice in New York City, Haiti, the U.S. & Mexico border, and where the voiceless continue to be underrepresented. He continues to empower his students to enhance their sense of service and justice.
