MR. NAEEM HIRANI

Mr. Naeem Hirani is a partner at Oraro & Company Advocates – a full service law firm established in Kenya in 1977. He specializes in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. He has an extensive legal background having worked for 8 years at Anjarwalla & Khanna (A&K) leaving as a senior associate. Naeem received his law degree at the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, his post graduate diploma at Kenya School of Law, and is currently pursuing an M.B.A. at the University of London. He has also completed various secondments in New York, Uganda, and Malaysia and coaches the Willem C. Vis Moot team at Strathmore Law School.
